At SATA Group, we celebrated the European Week of Sport with a Yoga session

We celebrated the European Week of Sport at SATA Group with a Yoga session, where employees learned well-being and relaxation techniques at work that they can apply in their daily lives.

Today, September 26, SATA Group participated in the European Week of Sport following an invitation from the Regional Directorate for Sport. To celebrate the week, we provided workers with a yoga session led by an instructor, Neuza Nunes.

During the class, practices of well-being and relaxation at work were taught through Yoga. These practices can be used in daily life. Participants also received #Beactive t-shirts offered by the Regional Directorate for Sport.

Through this initiative, the company is helping to promote sport, which not only makes people healthier and happier, but also keeps their minds younger and more productive.

The techniques learned will help workers take short breaks to exercise properly throughout the day and thus increase their physical and mental health.

Various relaxation and breathing techniques were also taught, especially helpful in situations of greater anxiety.

The aim of this project is to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity, as opposed to prolonged periods of inactivity, during working hours.
