If you purchase your trip on flights operated by SATA Azores Airlines (SATA Air Açores and Azores Airlines) until March 31, 2021, you will be able to change its start date free of charge as many times as you need, through our Sales Offices and Contact Center or at your Travel Agency.

2 – We are making every effort to compensate you.

4 – We are in constant monitoring of all updates announced by the various regional, national, and international entities.

All SATA Group areas are constantly monitoring the evolution of the pandemic to implement all recommendations announced by the Health Departments (Regional and National), as well as by the competent entities, namely the national aeronautical entity, ANAC, IATA (International Air Transport Association), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the European Center of Disease Prevention and Control.

In parallel, the constant changes carried out by the governments of the countries to which we fly to require us to be alert and always updating all the information we make available to you here about the restrictions and procedures for entering your travel destination.

Our main concern is that all information comes to you in a clear and objective way, whenever you need it.

    I would like to know if full refunds will be considered for non residents of portugal/Azores. Currently they are not allowing us to visit. I prefer a refund instead of another voucher. Is this an option? Our government in Canada is discouraging flghts- they plan to charge us $2000 per person to take a madatory covid test and quarrantine in a hotel- I truly do not want this and can’t afford this….. Can I please get a full refund? OR how will it work if you cancel the flights? IF I choose to cancel it?
