We leave you with 7 reasons to visit our recommendation, the island of Madeira.

– The climate is mild throughout the year, with average temperatures between 25°C during Summer and 17°C in the Winter.

– The charming and cosmopolitan city of Funchal, located in the South of the island, is home to its famous cruise port and offers modern shopping areas, outdoor cafes, bars and restaurants in its downtown cobbled streets.

– The many gardens in Madeira give it the name “floating garden of the Atlantic”. Visit them in the best company in the world and stroll among their carefully maintained plants, exotic flowers and trees.

– It’s where you can find the Laurissilva Forest, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, with about 15,000 hectares of lush vegetation.

– The local cuisine, full of flavor, will delight you! The famous beef skewer, the fried corn, the “bolo do caco”, the honey cake, the internationalized Madeira wine, the fresh fish and fruits are just a sample of what you can find in the great gastronomic offer available.

– You can easily visit Porto Santo, the “golden island” with 9 kilometers of beach and crystal-clear waters, where you can relax to the sound of the waves.

– The mild climate of Madeira and Porto Santo allows the practice of all kinds of outdoor sports and leisure activities, at any time of the year. Boat trips, diving, golf, walks along one of the many “levadas” and trails in the heart of the Laurissilva forest are just some of the possible activities.
